I am a self-proclaimed beauty guru (no seriously, if they make it, I’ve tried it), Personal development junkie (I mean don’t we all want to be BFFs with Oprah, Tony Robbins) and world traveler, 19 countries and counting.

Professionally, I am a medical consultant and so in love with my job and the impact I am able to make. Beyond that I truly feel my best when I am helping others grow and succeed, it’s my deepest passion. I hear from people all the time, how are you so positive and uplifting, but the truth is I have trained myself to be. I believe that when we feel our best, we do our best. Perfection isn’t realistic but lasting happiness, fulfillment, and success are.
